Community Café Consultation What do you want from your community café?

Police Scotland – How to check an officer’s identity We are aware there has been a recent increase in scams and frauds which utilise impersonation as a core part of the crime. Police Scotland have produced a flyer with information on how to check an officer’s identity.

Appointments with Welfare Rights Officer As you know, since February we’ve only have one Welfare Rights Officer, Lauren. She’s incredibly busy so there is a delay in getting an appointment with her and we ask for your patience and understanding about this. The good news is that we have a new Welfare Rights Officer starting in April so waiting time for an appointment will reduce when they are in post.

Our Annual Report gives a picture of the past year.

The Association's Primary Regulator is the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR). Each year the Regulator publishes an Engagement Plan, an annual Landlord Report and key information about the Association and how its performance compares with other Registered Social Landlords (RSLs). The Association also provides the SHR with an annual Assurance Statement showing how we comply with their Regulatory Standards.
