Buy your Home
If you have been a tenant of the Association for some time you might be thinking about buying your home.
- If you were previously a secure tenant of the Association, then you may have rights under the 'old' right to purchase scheme.
- Otherwise, you may have rights under the 'modernised' right to buy, where you may be able to purchase your home after 2012, at a discount.

Remember, if you do buy your home, all repairs, maintenance and factoring charges will be your responsibility. Please allow for these expenses over and above any mortgage re-payments when considering the cost of purchasing your home.
