Factoring Service

Our Charges

The Association charges owners for its factoring or management service, as well as for common repairs and insurance.  Charges are approtioned, each quarter ie. April to June, July to September, October to December, January to March.  Invoices are sent out about six weeks after the end of each quarter.

Currently, our charges for April 2006 to March 2007 are as follows:-

Management fee                             £85.00 + VAT for the year

Insurance (for a single flat/house)      

If you are selling your house the Association may be asked to provide documents in relation to the property, for example, planing permission, building warrant, completion certificate, plans, specialist guarantees etc.  We currently charge £78.00 + VAT for supplying these to your solicitor.
