Common Insurance Policy

To ensure the Association's properties are insured, we negotiate a 'block policy' which applies to all the properties in the buildings we own and factor.

Owners can opt out of the block policy, if they provide sufficient evidence to the Association that their part of the building is adequately insured, however, many owners find the block policy convenient and value for money.
